Lady at work that I made the book for asked me to come up
with something for her daughters 16th birthday. I'm not sure yet!
Still have to put something else in, but I've lost the plot! Too easily distracted at the moment.

Faux Book 2

This one is for a lady I work with at Collegehill House, its her Birthday tomorrow.

Plus I'm taking it to craft class tonight.
I use a couple of the Nitwits collections for my backing papers, and some lovely wee button brads, ( I cant remember where I bought them)

Just been up to the farm to help my sister with the horses and look at what they have!
Only had my stupid phone with me, and cant figure my bluetooth out, but managed to get one picture from it...

Faux Book

I found a tutorial for a faux book from this lovely blog
this is my attempt at making one for myself.
I used nitwit Bearnecessities papers, and added a little bear to the inside.
Second part of the order for tomorrow, now just got to add a verse on the inside.

That done now I can finish DIL's Birthday invites, Mothers Day cards! there is something else, but I cant for the life of me remember lol.

Just added the verse, and couldnt resist adding alittle to the front.

A birthday cake for my son, when do they grow out of having cake! Maybe when he's 26 (he'll be 25 tomorrow) lol

This is some new stash i treated myself to as ive been poorly with a sore back for a couple of weeks.
The lace and  pretty elastic and little roses are from http://www.craftybitzsupplies.com/index.php  they have a great range and are so inexpensive, well worth a look.

 Couple of cards for my DS1 for his Birthday tomorrow, just got to try and bake him a cake now!
